December 2, 2011 - The EPA issued the Boiler MACT reconsideration proposal for 40 CFR 63, subpart DDDDD, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Major Sources: Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional Boilers and Process Heaters. The EPA also issued proposed amendments to the rule 40 CFR 63, Subpart JJJJJJ, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Area Sources: Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional Boilers. Comments on the reconsideration proposal and proposed amendments will be accepted for 60 days following publication in the Federal Register.
